Espinho golf course is a short distance away by car or train. There are conditions for practicing numerous nautical activities (surfing, windsurfing, sailing, skiing, kitesurfing,…) The villa is just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to public transport. There is a place parking on the property and free street parking. Some important rules: no pets, smoking or events allowed.
